How to Buy a Suppressor
Buying a suppressor (silencer) is easier than many people think. APS Guns works with Silencer Shop to guide customers through the process from purchase to ATF approval.
Below is a simple step-by-step explanation.
Step 1: Choose Your Suppressor
Select a suppressor through American Projectiles or via Silencer Shop and select American Projectiles as your dealer.
Step 2: Complete Fingerprints and Photo
Electronic fingerprinting with EFT file delivery is available.
Step 3: ATF eForm Submission
Your Form 4 is submitted electronically to the ATF.
Step 4: ATF Approval
The ATF reviews and approves the transfer
Step 5: Pickup Your Suppressor
Once the ATF approves the application, APS Guns will contact you to complete the transfer and pick up your suppressor.
